Old Window + Old Kitchen Cart = Fun New Storage Cabinet

Hello Friends!! Hope you are all enjoying your summer so far. I know I am! This week I am showing you the end product of an old kitchen cart that I turned into this cool storage cabinet.  So here it is all finished.

I picked this kitchen cart up at a yard sale and I could just kick myself because I cannot find the before picture. However here is a similar piece that I picked up too.

This piece had wooden doors on the front, no legs on the bottom and had some weird cutting board that you could pull out that looked like something was growing on it.  I removed everything so that just the shell was left. Now what?

I had this window sitting around staring at me and after much deliberation of what I was going to do with it, it turns out it fit almost perfectly on this cabinet.

It was just too tall for the cabinet :/ NO biggie! Just add legs.

I bought these unfinished legs at Home Depot. They were 6″ long which was just about the perfect height to add onto this cabinet. I Painted them white and put them on the bottom of the cabinet. Now my window fits!!!

I attached the window on the side of the cabinet with 2 black hinges that I bought at Home Depot. They look perfect.

So there you have it. An interesting new cabinet that begs to be the center of attention.
